  • Inhouse corporate project with internal stakeholders, in the marketing department of Replicon, planning and optimizing the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns.

  • A lot of creative work of analyzing trends and results, while simultaneously thinking creatively about improvements and strategies to optimize campaigns.

You have:

  • University Degree
  • 10 years of total experience, with a minimum 4 years of related analytical experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to present and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with web-analytics software and data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Google Data Studio and Tableau
  • Self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience working with North American customer would be a plus.

What you ll do:

  • Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution across Replicon s online marketing strategies.
  • Perform campaign analysis with an ability to derive a narrative that includes key highlights, basic insights recommendations for any programs/campaigns.
  • Participate in the design of new campaigns strategy across domains and channels (outbound, Inbound, Social Media, Paid, etc.).
  • Monitor the performance of campaigns during the execution period, recommending adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
  • Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on KPIs based on performance analysis.
