About the Role:

• Working with Engineering to groom the feature backlog to make sure that the most relevant features resulting in measurable customer outcomes are being developed

• Presenting the roadmap to customers and taking their feedback into consideration for feature development

• Working with sales, support, marketing and services to identify and generate collateral that can be used to spur product usage, win competitive deals or help a customer get the most out of a purchase

• Bubbling up insights based on entitlement, telemetry, pricing data and customer interactions to build new Go-To-Market options or identifying innovative new features to meet unmet needs

You are good at:

• Communicating your written and spoken ideas and opinions succinctly

• Understanding and prioritizing fairly detailed technical roadmap items

• Taking ownership of and delivering on substantial features from definition to launch

• Data analytics and financial modeling

• Working in cross-functional teams

You are awesome if:

• You have at least 1-2 years of Product Management experience at an enterprise software company

• You understand cyber-security

• You have been exposed to a customer-facing role in your past

• Pricing, Market and Competitive analysis is your passion
