What you will do:
Create innovative products to quantifiably impact client satisfaction and increase retention rates.
Leverage qualitative feedback from client and partner interviews to uncover user needs through exploratory and focused conversations.
Mine quantitative data to drive insights, inform hypotheses, prioritize development and size opportunity.
Implement a lean approach to product development where you - along with your design and engineering teams - strive for early validation of learnings and continuously iterate to achieve our goals.
Build consensus amongst product leaders, engineering, and business on prioritizing the product roadmap based on client and business value.
Design, build, launch and assess MVPs, experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights.
Participate with your scrum team in concept sprints to build a product roadmap, define MVP functionality, collect user feedback and analyze the results.
What you will need:
Understand customer and business needs and synthesize opportunities.
Integrate input from multiple channels, including customer research and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements.
Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team s long-term goals and strategy.
Bachelor s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
4+ years work experience (including working as an Associate Product manager /Digital product manager).
Have exposure to or is curious about technology / digital communities and different challenges associated with product development and marketing of online professional communities.
Comfortable with understanding technical aspects of a product development process and communicating with engineering teams on trade-offs vs implications.
Possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter who can anticipate business needs and fulfill them proactively.
A problem solver who can challenge the status quo and think beyond the limits of conventional wisdom.
A global mindset; is able to appreciate differences in market needs, competitive environment and cultural norms across multiple countries and sectors.
