As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for prepare and drive the definition of product vision and roadmap, build, prioritize and maintain team backlog, work with stakeholders and Agile team to ensure flow, ensure stories are delivered according to agreements (Definition of Done), understand technical enabler work , contribute in Agile team events and in program events if relevant.

The Product Owner must constantly seek out new innovative way to enhance the value delivery and actively work with the Agile team to enhance delivery capabilities.

Able to set direction and communicate a compelling purpose and vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organisation. Able to translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. Structured and focused on driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master/Bachelor s degree (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration)

• 10 years of experience in the IT domain

• Strong business insight and knowledge is required

• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred

• Certified Product Owner/Product Manager

• Solid knowledge on product breakdown methodologies e.g. design thinking and story mapping

• Solid knowledge on Agile tools e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP and DevOps

• Experience working in healthcare / customer experience domain

• Experience in SalesForce Service / Health cloud

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrate agility and adapt quickly to changes

• Able to hold self and others accountable

• Solid communication and negotiation skills

• Solid global stakeholder experience

• Commercial business insights and business process understanding is highly preferred
