1. Prioritise production schedules.
2. To control, develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes, layouts, habits, and activities.
3. Ensure quality and ISO standards are achieved throughout manufacture.
4. To embrace continuous improvement and be the company champion for continuous improvement.
5. Work alongside the design and production team to manage projects.
6. Accountable WIP stock, Rejection, and rework control.
7. Preparation and execution of weekly and monthly production plan.
8. Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
9. To ensure all company plant and equipment are properly maintained.
10. Supervise any requirement for maintenance personnel and onsite contractors.
11. Maintain and update operating and training manuals for the relevant departments.
12. Ensures that all technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.
13. Produce monthly reports to the management meeting in field of control.
14. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
15. Ensure that performance targets for efficiency and utilisation are met.
16. Conform in all respects to the Works Instructions relating to your job role.
17. Should have good exposer to Lean Concept.
18. Should be able to plan, design, execute necessary zings and tools for production.
