Roles and Responsibilities

Who are we looking for?
An engineer who has 4+ Years of Production Support, who'll be supporting one the largest US bank

Technical Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Production Support, application support and Maintenance activities
• Very strong knowledge on L1,L2, L3 support of Windows and Linux based applications
• Extensive experience on Incident Management, Problem Management, Release and change management
• Monitoring and logging tools like Appd, Splunk, Dynatrace, APM, SiteScope, Netcool etc.
• Batch monitoring and scheduling tools like AutoSys
• Automation: Ansible, GitHub, Python, Java, Shell, PowerShell
• Work Management: ServiceNow, JIRA, confluence

 

A. Process Skills:

  • Contribute to the stability and service uptime of the production environment
  • Work closely for technology partners for software and infrastructure changes
  • Troubleshoot and problem Solve daily production issues


B. .Behavioral Skills:

  • Must be self-motivated, directed, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive in identifying gaps and help the team in streamlining process
