Responsibilities

Manage the customer handover process from Sales to Deployment

Collaborate with Sales Engineering to capture customer requirements and develop a services strategy for individual accounts, and act as the point of contact for services sales in concert with the sales team.

Collaborate with our Professional Services Consultants to determine project goals, define success criteria, create Statements of Work (SOWs), develop staffing, project plans and schedules.
