• Lead, motivate and coach project team members for successful timely delivery of analytics projects

• Provide thought leadership and innovation within and across projects

• Assist in developing new business with existing and new customers

• Develop and implement specific frameworks and processes for smooth execution

• Contribute to Unbxds capability building and knowledge creation

• Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of full time program management experience within an engineering department.

• Exposure to machine learning, Search technologies and Data Analytics functions.

• Hands on experience on managing cross-disciplinary programs.

• Hands on experience managing projects using Agile (Scrum/ Kanban) methods.

• Mastered agile methods and practices through multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban).

• Strong practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life-cycle of

• Large-scale programs and projects.

• Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects.

• Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational.

• Strong practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life-cycle of Large-scale programs and projects.

• Strong experience with software engineering and machine learning practices.

• Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in an organization.

• Mastery of planning and collaboration tools.

• Experience working with US customers/clients
