JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

Supply strategy design
 

Ideate & design supply strategy on quarterly basis to achieve growth targets.
Develop & own expansion plan on quarterly level cutting across multiple models of expansion
- COCO & FOFO (1P & 2P), and multiple offerings - Cult GX, Cult Gym, Fitness First. (mass
premium & luxury)
Design & execute cost savings measures on a continuous basis.
Design & execute levers for accelerated expansion through Franchise partners.
Own & Achieve pre-sales revenue targets for the centre.
Program Management for expansion
PAN India ownership for COCO (1P) expansion, with special focus on top cities such as
Mumbai.
Will require analytical skills to map out the potential markets, competition in a city/market,
shortlist on locations, deep-dive on centre performance and drawing insights to assist in the
actions that need to be taken
Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Projects & Real estate teams) to program manage
entire launch operations. Will involve developing business cases, site identification, project
planning & continued project monitoring to ensure on time launch.
Work with stakeholders across product, ops, quality & growth to ensure preparedness of
various aspects pertaining to tech readiness, audits, staffing & pre sales revenue.
PnL ownership during launch & handover.
Key skills
Leadership skills - owning & driving projects end to end through multiple stakeholders.
Interpersonal skills - getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & enlisting their participation
whenever required.
Analytical skills - developing supply plan & business cases for centres & getting buy-ins from
multiple stakeholders
Ability to hustle & think-on-feet for creative problem solving in new situations.
