Technical Skills and Competencies:
- Must have experience in HW or SW development work package, including all development phases (requirements, preliminary and detailed design, prototype manufacturing and test, )
- Must have experience to control the holding of project milestones and anticipate drifting
- Must have experience to propose and set up rallying actions in case of drifting
- Must have experience to manage the progress reviews of the sub-projects of the project, in liaison with the other managers of work packages
- Must have experience to ensure the reporting of the work package to the project management team along with KPI
- Must have experience to manage risks and opportunities
- Must be rigorous, organized, autonomous and proactive, and motivated by a position within a multidisciplinary team.
- Must have good synthesis skills.
- Must have experience of working with multi-disciplinary team (Analysis team, Electronics and Mechanical design, System engineering teams, supply chain and manufacturing teams, )
Qualifications: Engineering Graduate or equivalent with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience.
Higher qualification of Post-graduation is desirable. Working experience in Avionics and Defense systems design is desirab
