Key Responsibilities:
- Run reports/gather all relevant historical book/ship for SKUs identified for potential LTB to feed into PLC PM
- Point person for GP&F (Global Planning & Fulfillment) notification and pre-alerts
- Bridge into PMO and IT for Tool enhancements and BRD for V2 of Tableau report
- Partner with PLCPM, PMO and IT to convert PLM Alert monthly report into automated reporting
- Bridge into PLM and GP&F for all planning related activities and concerns
In addition to LTB, the S&OP managers require analytical support, working with the Demand and Supply planning teams, to create templates and determine key areas of delta (increase/decrease) at the XBT level in the monthly and quarterly plan cycles.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform quantitative historical trend analysis on shipments, bookings, and backlog as well as qualitative data evaluation on products, markets, and customers.
- Support transformational Global Planning and Fulfillment initiatives and business planning systems enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Line Management, Sales Operations, and other Supply Chain Operations groups.
Minimum Qualifications:
- An analytical and inquisitive approach to problem solving.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to present data and business analysis in an organized, clear, and concise manner.
- Ability to work with a high degree of detail.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Oracle Demantra/Demand Management or other planning tool
Preferred Qualifications:
- College graduate with a BA/BS degree or equivalent in business administration, statistics, management science, computer science, or supply chain management.
- 3-5 years prior experience in Supply Chain Operations.
