Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the RPA team at Epiroc global engineering center(CMTEC) Bengaluru and ensure quality deliverables on time

- Work closely with various Epiroc companies globally to market RPA competence, understand their business processes and deliver process automation solutions

- Work with CMTEC Software team manager, RPA application/IT managers at Orebro, Sweden, General manager and VP engineering services on RPA strategy and implementation

- Coach and help the team in designing, developing and maintaining RPA processes

- Ensure execution of tasks in strict compliance with operating procedures

- Ensure effective and timely communication with internal customers and other stakeholders

- Ensure that the requirements are gathered and understood effectively and all the required inputs, access to all necessary databases/tools are in place on time

- Interact with customers on regular basis, obtain feedback and implement actions to improve and sustain good customer relations

- Ensure that the team is kept up to date on the latest technologies and drive continuous improvements

- Develop new skills as required and bridge the gaps in existing competencies

- Recruit, train and retain team members in an effective manner

- Own the team level processes and ensure continuous adaptation as needed

- Occasionally travel internationally to meet and discuss with stakeholders

- Monitor the team level metrics and report to Manager on timely manner

- Follow Epiroc policies and values and actively promote the same across the team

Experience requirement:

Minimum 10 years of experience in software development/RPA using agile methodologies in an international environment with team management responsibility

Knowledge;

- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on Blue Prism

- Knowledge of RPA process/data management tools like Splunk/equivalent

- knowledge on various business processes and ability identify potential application areas of RPA

- Good knowledge and hand on experience of agile development

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and license management for RPA

- Exposure to AI/Cognitive RPA is an added advantage
