Roles and Responsibilities

This role manages implementation of IIoT solutions, Industrial Automation, Digital Factory and smart manufacturing solutions in the industry verticals of Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defence, Medical, Energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of comprehensive project plans and documentation to enable the project(s) to be managed against a clear set of defined deliverables and milestones
• Do monitoring, measuring, reviewing and updating project process, adjusting project plans and implementing remedial plans and informing all relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct evaluation of the project(s) and any follow-on action and recommendations as required
• Produce project documentation and create knowledge libraries with the end goal of using this documentation to train and support internal project teams and end users
• Provide leadership to project team members by defining work and ensuring deadlines are understood and adhered to and that project objectives are clearly articulated and understood
• Ensure project requirements and resource levels are fully supported and approved throughout the lifecycle of the project, including staffing, solution implementation, etc.
• Manage the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
• Ensure that you carry out regular and comprehensive audits of the processes and systems.
• Deploy Project and Program management frameworks to deliver projects in the most effective way, coordinating with external vendors / partners where applicable.

Experience Required:

1. A successful track record of Project Management / Deliveries in implementation of IIoT solutions, Industrial Automation, Digital Factory and smart manufacturing solutions in the industry verticals of Manufacturing, Aerospace/Defence, Medical, Energy.

2. Well versed with defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements

3. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Experience in managing vendor relationships while integrating their point solutions into the overall system.

6. Experience in straddling both the IT and Manufacturing operations on the factory floor.

7. Good familiarity with many and good experience in some of the technology areas such as: Industrial IoT, Cyber Security, Computer vision, Mobility, Geospatial technologies, Mobile Robotics, AR/VR, RFID, Industrial wireless, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, Machine learning.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer science
• Proven track record of not less than 10 -12 years in Project Management
• Experience in a start-up environment would be an added advantage
