Responsible for ensuring the project lifecycle, PMO tools, project data points, and project financials are properly aligned and reconciled
Coordinate and report on IT budget and planning processes including annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts
Perform IT project set-up and management of resourcing allocations, ensuring that all the required documentation and approvals are captured and stored and project tools updated
Investigate variances and work with other personnel to ensure policies, governance and processes are used and current in IT
Provide oversight of IT project portfolio roadmap, project financial approvals and forecasts and related portfolio reporting
Support purchasing and vendor management execution for project portfolio
Qualifications
A four-year degree in a related field is required
Minimum of 2 years of experience with project operations
Knowledge of project management discipline and practices
Understanding of IT project lifecycles
Familiar with ServiceNow or other PPM solutions, working knowledge of procurement ( Ariba)
Proficient in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Demonstrated analytical capability with high attention to detail
Independent/self-directed and able to solve problems independently or in a team setting
Able to handle multiple priority tasks, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines when necessary
Ability to work with IT Leadership, Management and Project Managers
