• Lead complex aerospace engineering projects from requirements stage to full development through modelling, analysis and certification.
• Coordinating multiple projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
• Monitors progress against project schedules and budgets; recommends allocation of resources as required to accomplish goals
• Key customer interface and effective stakeholder management
• Work closely with Project and Finance teams on billing set up and invoicing
• Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior client management
• Escalation management
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing new tools and processes.
• Provide status reporting regularly- project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Anticipating and evaluating unique circumstances and makes recommendations

Skills needed:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree, preferably in Mechanical / Aeronautical domain
• Strong collaboration skills and relationship management, having experience of working with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering and Project Management
• Experience in working with Global OEMs.
• Experience in managing large account portfolios.
• Strong customer service and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• PMP Certified (Preferred)
• Highly organized and solution oriented.
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
• Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
