8-12+ years of IT experience with 3-4 years of Project Management
Knowledge and lead team in Java Application development (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, NodeJS, Angular/ReactJS etc.)
Experience in ODC management
Timesheet Management, Billing and invoicing, Resource recruitment
Good in customer engagement and communication skills
Good understanding in SW project lifecycle Management tools
Ability to handle SW planning and SW delivery activities.
Experience in Agile Project Management practices
Good understanding of various project effort/cost estimation techniques.
Good risk management & Stakeholder management skills
Work for multiple initiatives including Project deliveries as well as strategic department initiatives.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders like management, per technical team, developers and testers to proactively arrive at an optimum solution to the problem on hand.
Good knowledge of Testing methodologies
Excellent communication skills and great team player capable of understanding organizational priorities
