Provide technical, product and business knowledge to support and strengthen customer relationships. The person will be a go getter for all the service lines related to eCommerce Microservices development, DevOps and Digital Analytics and look at opportunities to win new business and increase sales within the account. This role is responsible for the management of development services to customers in the retail industry.
Lead and support project planning and execution of enterprise projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
Ensures ongoing development of project and portfolio methodologies, tools, measurements, standards, and staff/profession development. Develops best practices, key performance metrics, and status reporting standards available for use throughout the enterprise.
Engage with cross-functional business leaders to objectively analyze the organizations ability to adopt to changes post project deployment.
Leverages change management and communication best practices to align key constituents, execute upon agreed plan to achieve desired results.
Communicate status of the project and portfolio to all stakeholders in business units.
