Should have managed products/projects in Java, .Net, PHP Python using different frameworks
Should have experience on CMS based application.
Should have experience on Mobile application.
Ability to interpret client needs to define, develop, and execute compelling technical solutions
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working towards established milestones
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices
Strong understanding of database concepts, methodologies, source control and bug tracking
Cloud Experience - Containerization, Hosting on Cloud, AWS preferably
Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Experience with Agile Software Development
Must be client facing, self-starter, flexible, independent, and self-motivator
