Our company is growing rapidly and is searching for experienced candidates for the position of freelance project manager. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.

We are looking for talented, smart, exuberant Project Manager for product development team. Coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. The most important aspect is to focus on quality & attention to detail. Manage a team of 10-20 people.

Role & responsibilities

Manage a team of developers (Team strength: 10-20) and collaborate with company management to deliver quality solutions within the boundaries of Scope, schedule and cost.

Responsible for Stakeholder management, Risk management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, Continuous improvement, nurturing innovation

Mentoring of the development team, counselling and feedback for improvement

Project management by monitoring KPIs.

Effective Status Report

Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed

Successfully manage the relationship with the client and team members

Knowledge of PHP, bootstrap, java script, React Native, mysql, Laravel, Vue.js

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Plan product releases

Check on team progress and work delegation

Qualification

Strong academic track record; ability to demonstrate superior work performance and a commitment to outstanding results

5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software industry

Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical/ problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines

Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-skilled teams

Excellent analytical communication and presentation skills

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to relate well to senior management, client and technical personnel

Ability to think strategically and act as a facilitator

Eagerness to accept responsibility and ownership

Ability to resolve conflict and arbitrate

Nice to have

PMP, ACP certification

Experience in JIRA
