We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer (Oracle HCM – Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation) to join our IT Applications QA team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the director of QA and DevOps. In this role, you will deliver continuous improvement through your deep expertise in ERP, automation development, test methodologies, and customer focused, end-to-end system validation as a part of the team that works on SaaS-based CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Fusion) at Infoblox.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate with program managers, business analysts, and business teams to gather test requirements, define test plans, design test cases and automated tests, implement scalable test automation solutions and execute the tests to deliver a high-quality product
• Develop maintainable test automation frameworks, tools, and automated test suites in response to the growing feature set and customer requirements
• Be an integrated part of an Agile IT development team, working interactively with software engineers, testing engineers, and product managers from the beginning of the development cycle
• Work in a fast-paced continuous integration and continuous delivery based engineering environment and manage and maintain CI and QA tools
• Manage QA coverage of the products (unit testing, integration testing (APIs) and end-to-end testing)
• Assist in developing a cloud strategy, design new cloud environments and architecture
• Build automation frameworks for deploying, managing, and monitoring CRM and ERP applications running on Salesforce.com and Oracle Fusion
• Anticipate future technology needs and business requirements to drive new technological approaches and tools

What you’ll bring:

• 6+ years experience as QA automation engineer in an Agile software development environment
• Proven track record of strategizing and evolving testing strategies
• Exceptional technical, leadership, and communication skills with multiple years of relevant experience in driving quality goals for Salesforce, ERP, and IT applications
• At least 3-6 years of testing experience in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management 
• Hands-on experience in core HCM modules, including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll
• Good exposure in designing test plans and test cases – Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience developing maintainable test automation procedures and practices
• Strong commitment to best practices in SQA and software development, including modern CI processes and automating-everything vision
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins and GIT and current quality engineering and test automation tools and processes, including JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium, or comparable products
• Bachelor's Degree

What success looks like:

After six months, you will

• Learn the company culture and get to know your co-workers, organization, IT downstream and upstream systems, and business partners
• Understand the landscape of the IT system architecture and integrations
• Define test plan, identify test scenario, and understand test automation

After about a year, you will

• Be an independent contributor to Oracle Fusion and its downstream systems
• Become a subject matter expert on key IT integration services using the Boomi platform
• Own your functional areas and integrations
