Key Responsibilities

• Ensure requirements are understood by communicating with all stakeholders.
• Work in tandem with Development, Product Design and other cross teams to ensure timely availability of Software for testing purposes.
• Provide high-level and low-level estimates in order to plan the delivery effectively.
• Mitigate risks and provide enough visibility during the SDLC lifecycle.
• Plan ahead to ensure adequate staffing requirements are met.
• Improve the continuous testing process to ensure the tests are automated 
• Participate in Department level initiatives and bring adequate process implementation
• Work with the QA team members and ensure the team is aligned with the Organizational goals.
