  • Reviewing and regularly updating job descriptions
  • Developing creative ways to attract the right talent
  • Sourcing and identifying potential candidates using various online databases
  • Managing job openings on job portals
  • Communicating and coordinating with consultants
  • Reaching out to candidates and maintaining a candidate tracker
  • Receiving and reviewing candidate applications
  • Shortlisting candidates and conducting initial screening calls
  • Managing tests and coordinating interviews
  • Assisting in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel

Prerequisites:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
