BPO Automation Leader is responsible for the design and development of RPA projects, according to customer specifications and user stories, utilizing the established three tollgate methodology within the BPO. Their responsibilities include the generation of user stories, and designs, implementation of required automations, the documentation of the same, the generation of test cases based on which the RPA will be validated and the training of users operating with the RPA in production.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Design and Development of RPAs and macros for both internal and external automation projects
- Documentation and Manual Creation
- Test Case Preparation
- Maintenance and modification of existing RPAs
- Presentation of developed RPAs in live demo or in case study format
- Develop and Deploy Bots for BPO and other BPA projects
- Install and manage RPA licenses within Softtek
- Analyze processes, define optimum solution and Design RPA solution
- Train and develop resources in Softtek in bots design, development and deployment
