Must Have: Atleast 9+yrs of over all exp.

RPA +Uipath exp: 5+yrs.

Must have hands on exp for 2+ yrs into Solution designing/ Developing solutions / Solution Architecting along with some amount of project management exp.

Technical skills 70% + project Management 30%

POSITION STATEMENT: The incumbent will be an experienced RPA Architect serves as a pillar in the development journey involved in automating various processes in an organization. He/she provides constant monitoring, mentoring of the RPA developers and continuously increases the capabilities of the RPA developers. The incumbent should possess extremely strong communication skills and be familiar with Industrys best practices in terms of Process and Governance. Collaboration with internal stakeholders along with the right attitude and flexibility to adopt is key as also the ability to work in partnership.
The purpose of the role will be owning solution design and architecture by creating high quality solutions that adhere to RPA tool delivery methodology and design principles, convention and standard practices defined by RPA CoE . He/she will work delivery team/s to establish strategic roadmap with assigned account required engagement, governance and innovation. He /She will be conducting architectural evaluation, design and analysis of client Enterprise-wide systems and will ensure RPA delivery Team delivers robust system solution to Client Operations. This role will act as the representative for RPA CoE and will be supporting the CoE in developing and maintain established service design procedure and process to assure apt and robust Solution
.
The Purpose of the role will be overall accountable to drive the domain:
• Customer success roadmaps via Intelligent automation agenda
• Delivery governance, methodology and KPIs
• Control room operations
Provide the strategic relationship management layer with the customer leadership team by engaging with RPA project managers in understanding the customer strategy beyond QKs engagement areas across the domain.
Act as an advisor for team members and leads, motivates and develops in-direct reports to maximize the engagement and motivation of delivery team members in the achievement of their objectives utilizing the QK performance management framework, role model behaviours and culture and values of QK.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1. Proven Technical Architecture, solution design and Implementation using RPA tools such as UiPath / along with c#, python, .NET, Java and VB scripting
2. Minimum 4 years of experience in leading architecture and design for RPA implementations.
3. Extensive experience in client facing roles, gathering requirements, and designing solutions
4. Hands on experience in UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere development Certifications preferred.
5. Experience with customer interaction and software development lifecycle is a must
6. Solution Designer is responsible for designing efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable unattended solutions that adhere to solution design best practices.
7. Creating and maintaining high quality solution design documentation that adheres to the delivery methodology in accordance with standard design principles, conventions and best practices. •Meticulously analyzing Process Definition Documents to capture all the business process steps in solution designs and consider accompanying factors such as recoverability, scalability, resilience and case management to ensure solution designs meet all requirements.
8. Working and communicating with various parts of the business to define detailed and exact requirements required for solution design. •Considering additional factors such as license utilization, local data preservation and security policies when designing automation solutions.•
9. Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in design walkthrough sessions with senior stakeholders, developers and IT representatives.
10. Form part of a Design Authority to take responsibility for maintaining the development integrity of the solution and constituent processes and objects. •Provide architectural control over solution designs to ensure consistency and continuity across the companys delivery teams.
11. Engage in peer review sessions for the review of new solution designs and provide feedback and recommendations to address any gaps found in artefact review.
12. Supporting the development team during testing and rollout phases.
