Presales Manager IT Managed Services Immediate Joiners

Presales Need to work from InKnowTech office in Electronic City Phase 1 as mandatory.

Role And Responsibilities

To interface with clients to understand the business requirements related to Infrastructure Managed Services covering domains such as Private / Public Cloud, Network, End User Services / Digital Workplace Services, Data Centre (Network, Security, Middleware, Storage & Back up, Firewall, Switches & Routers etc.), Cloud, Asset Management, IT Service Management (Service Desk / Incident / Problem / Change / SLA / SLO / KPI etc). This requires consultative pre-sales engagements with the client and owning up the entire Techno Commercial proposal. Should be able to design, architect and propose the right solution. Proven understanding & experience of various IT Managed Services aspects such as Service Window, Availability SLA, Incident SLA, SLO, KPI, Penalty, Service Management Framework etc. Asset Management, Patch Management solution experience required. Understanding of automation, cognitive & self-help solutions etc to increase the productivity of the solution required. Experience of Solutioning NOC, SOC, Shared Service Models, Dedicated onsite model etc. Knowledge of Various tools for Monitoring, DC Automation etc. Experience in solutioning for service window, SLA for incident, Change, On Call Support, AMC, Vendor Management etc. Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. Consultant is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer’s needs. Mandatory Experience Required on Writing proposals, responding to RFI/ RFP/ RFQ/ Tenders, preparing High Quality Client presentations etc. Work closely with OEMs and partners to develop a winning solution at right cost.
