  • Interacting with the Sales/Hiring Managers to understand the requirements
  • Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection process
  • Develop Long term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential candidates
  • Create a strong pipeline for companies current and future needs
  • Assess Candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Application Tracking System
  • Design Job Description and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Track key recruiting KPIs including the time to fill, source of Hire, etc. Maintain a complete record of all the activities and prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Overall, 4+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function
  • Familiarity social media, resume database and professional Networks like (Eg: Stack Overflow, Github, Behance etc)
  • Hands-on with full life cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation Methods
  • Prior experience hiring talent in communications, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Product & Engineering services is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems
  • Expertise in MS Office (MS Excel and PPT)
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Short notice/Immediate joiners
