Interacting with the Sales/Hiring Managers to understand the requirements
Sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interviews, and selection process
Develop Long term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential candidates
Create a strong pipeline for companies current and future needs
Assess Candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Application Tracking System
Design Job Description and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
Track key recruiting KPIs including the time to fill, source of Hire, etc. Maintain a complete record of all the activities and prepare weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Overall, 4+ years of experience in the Talent Acquisition function
Familiarity social media, resume database and professional Networks like (Eg: Stack Overflow, Github, Behance etc)
Hands-on with full life cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation Methods
Prior experience hiring talent in communications, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Product & Engineering services is desirable.
