We are hiring Salesforce Business Analyst for one of the zero emission transport service provider to the enterprises

Roles and Responsibilities

Will be working along with a Salesforce Partner to ensure successful handover of all

Processes built for Lithium are understood and owned by Lithium.

• Understand the entire Org build and the processes designed and be comfortable

with the entire Admin and configuration Aspects of the Org.

• Clarity on functionalities that can be implemented using Salesforce Standard

Functionalities and Custom development. Be linked and know the build of Salesforce for

Lithium.

• Acting as a focal point of understanding newer requirements and coming up with

Solutions to address the same. In case of enhancements, understand the requirement

and Document the same. Complete the impact analysis and identify the best way to

proceed.
