Youll build out our SAP Integration and Transformation team in Bangalore in order to elevate the operational efficiency and ease of doing business across our business applications at Pure. Key responsibilities include:
- Hiring a world class, diverse technical team to add depth of expertise to our IT org and bring robust solutions forward
- Managing the team, prioritizing the work, and functioning as technical lead to achieve the best technology and business outcomes with speed and predictability
- Engaging and partnering with internal customers, SAP Functional Analysts, and offshore development team to deliver business systems and processes
- Driving and articulating the SAP systems roadmap, driving business value by influencing internal customers to use existing investments whenever possible.
- Releasing (cutover) planning, articulate and resolve timelines for various cutover activities, serving as technical point and SME for SAP technologies
- Partnering closely with internal teams and suppliers on systems design, application upgrades, release and project implementations, capacity management and system performance
- Facilitating technical requirement gathering, blueprinting, technical documentation, development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions using ABAP, Fiori, and Cloud Platform Integration (API, IFLOW, SFTP)
- Working closely with our Basis team to administer both BTF/CPI and Fiori environments, evaluating each and making recommended changes as needed
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
- 12+ years as an SAP Developer, with progressive experience in ABAP, Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration
- Technical knowledge of SAP systems and a good understanding of two or more functional areas such as SM, FI, SD, MM, IM and workflows.
- Experience in SAP S/4 Hana Cloud
- ABAP programming skills including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow.
- Object oriented programming with ABAP Objects, BAPI/BADIs, and enhancement points
- Fiori programming skills, including UI5/Java, CSS, HTML5.
- CPI integrations including SFTP set-up, API, and Integration flows
- Well versed with ITIL and Project Life Cycle concepts
- Requires minimal supervision with rigorous attention to detail
