Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for the rollout of SAP Plant maintenance across various Business Units across Biocon.
- Responsible for end to end configuration of SAP Preventive, breakdown Maintenance, Asset Management, Spare Management and AMC across the Biocon.
- Responsible for configuration and support of calibration process across various GxP function of Biocon.
- Responsible for managing change management for change associated with Plant maintenance and following Change Authority Board guidelines and Software Development Life Cycle Management (Solution Manager) SOLMAN.
- Responsible for understanding business /functional requirements. Perform gap-fit analysis between SAP functionality and business requirements.
- Prepare project documents (User requirement Specification, Functional Specification, User Acceptance Test), configure the Plant maintenance module, provide support for Master Data Management, custom transactions and 3rd party interfaces.
- Working closely with end-users in successful testing of the configured business processes on SAP.
- Responsible for imparting end-user training. Ensure that the employees understand the need for Sap and be able to use it to boost the overall performance of the company.
- Responsible for continuous improvement in Business process in partnership with business users, continuously strive to bring in new business processes on SAP to improve overall efficiency and productivity in the system.

Required Education Qualification: B.E
Required Experience: 4 - 7 years
