Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Full-time

Location: India (anywhere in India)

Novigo is looking for ABAP developers, who would like to become SAP TM Technical Consultants, grow their skills and knowledge with training on SAP TM technical topics, work on complex/sophisticated implementation projects, and help Novigo extend its SAP SCM/TM Practice as well as support client services delivery. We will invest extensively in you and provide you the opportunity to work on the newest technology in close collaboration with world-leading, global Fortune 500 companies and SAP.

What We Are Looking For:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree
• Around 2 to 5 years hands-on experience in SAP technologies like ABAP, WebDynpro for ABAP, ABAP OO 
• Working knowledge on BOPF and FPM based Webdynpro applications is an added advantage
• Understanding of the industry and/or specific business processes
• Sound Analytical and problem solving skills
• Motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English skills are a must (verbal and written)
• Completion of SAP Specialization Program incl. formal SAP Certification preferred
• SAP Logistics background or understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, Transportation Management scenarios centered around Shippers and/or LSPs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all team members and client staff globally
• Analytical and logical thinking as well as the ability to identify and effectively resolve issues
• Proven ability to handle and thrive on pressure
• Accountability for your work, passion, high moral standards, and commitment to team collaboration
• Proactive, ambitious, curious, and positive learning attitude
• Customer communication & presentation skills as well as confident appearance
