Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage the all the initiatives in SAP MM and WM along with the Cross Function team.
- Manage/control all the changes carried out in the existing SAP system, by way of authorizing and timeline management.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements from Finance teams
- Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of MM and WM modules along with identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP related issues/ problems.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required & Develop training guidelines and manage training classes through the team.
- Partner with key stakeholders in process improvements and Drive adoption of corporate initiatives or best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Engineering / MBA
Work Experience:
- Total No. of years: 7-9 years
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading the implementation of SAP Projects at large organizations
- Pharma exposure is preferred.
- Managed 2 -3 full SAP life cycle implementations.
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities, and building a team of professional who can complete tasks on time
- Working knowledge of technology, vendors, products, development and support alternatives
- SAP certification, preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
