We are looking for s omeone who;
- Is able to grasp edit logic, do thorough research, and spreadsheet the edits.
- Should not have any defects in edits captured and should not have missed to capture any edits
- Should not have any errors found in QA reviews of manuals and spreadsheet.
- Should not have received any non-performance indicators like customer complaints
- Should be able to capture future edits.
- Should contribute to the development of proposals and org level initiatives like accelerators, IP and solutions
- Should be able to conduct training sessions regarding functional and project specific topics
- Should be able to report individual performance details to the TL/ATL
- Technical Skills : Incident Management, ServiceNow, Client Communications, Analytical Skills
