Inside Sales Lead/ Executive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New Customer Acquisition
  • Take part & lead the Sales outbound process
  • Manage multiple channels and campaigns like LinkedIn, Email, Call & many more.
  • Identify prospects and execute campaigns for Lead generation
  • Nurture leads via Cold calls and emails to turn cold leads into warm
  • Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
  • Support marketing team with content development & Social Media interactions
  • Managing lead lifecycle and entries into CRM before handing the lead over to the Sales team.
  • Managing inbound leads, calls & queries from multiple channels and nurture & handover leads to sales
  • Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the assigned services and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction

Desired Skills:

  • Graduate, MBA(Sales or Marketing)
  • 4-5 years of work experience in Inside Sales for North America
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving target
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with Salesforce/Zoho CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, priorities and follow-up effectively
  • Comfortable with new-age technology
