The role

We are looking for someone;

  • Development of test plan: Should be able to develop Test Plan. Should identify requirements, risks, test cases, the test environments to be tested, business and quality objectives, test schedules, and other items.
  • Estimation: Should be able to estimate QA efforts for the project and analyse requirements and effectively communicate it to the team.
  • Test and review: Should be able to review and ensure the test coverage and should be able to provide multiple failure scenarios for a given functional flow along with recommendation of a better solution.
  • Agility: Should be aware of Agile Model and should have the ability to provide work updates during Scrum.
  • Technical Skills : Jmeter, HP load Runner, VSTS Load test, Performance Testing, Performance Analytics, performance strategy

  • Great Analytical Skills : Someone who can analyse complex situations, breaking each into its constituent parts and can also recognize and assess several likely causal factors or ways of interpreting the information available.
