Management Skills:
People Management
Project handling
Escalation handling
Task scheduling and assignment
Effective communication, conflict management and negotiation skills
Documentation (SOP and WLI creations) and process handling
KPI and SLA tracking & Management

Technical skills:
Candidate should have 6-8 years experience in Network Administration, Designing and Planning, implementation, installation, configuration and maintenance, security policy and troubling-shoot.
Experienced in Switching, Routing and firewall Products.
Good Communication Skills and Customer Oriented approach.
Well Versed with ITIL V3 approach.( Incident, Service Request and Change Management processes)
Experience in Project Transition of Network.
