This is a primarily hands-on (individual contributor) role and will involve working in a multi-disciplinary team setup.
 
The person should have atleast 2 years experience in managing a post production stage, revenue generating product with active customers and has experience of managing major & minor product releases implemented after the product went live with customers. We are not looking for PMs who only managed/ handled products in beta/ MVP/ in first 1 year of market launch.
 
This role will have dotted reporting to Group Product Manager and the Chief Technology Officer.
Responsibilities:
 
	- Work with multiple teams- product engg, UI/UX Design, sales, marketing, customer support, testing and end customers and channel partners on product innovation, differentiation, roadmap, planning, execution, and launch of product releases.
 
	- Contribute to shaping/ evolving product strategy based on market needs/ realities on a constant basis.
 
	- Conduct market research on potential opportunities/ use cases and competition analysis.
 
	- Develop & maintain Product requirement specs/ functional design including UI-UX, business workflows, customer value proposition, etc.
 
	- Be responsible for delivery of product features, releases on-time and with expected quality.
 
	- Be a key contributor to developing product pricing and price plans.
 
	- Be a key contributor to product marketing, growth hacking/ growth initiatives.
 
	- Perform functional testing of the products/ product features.
 
	- Lead initiatives to develop MVPs/ product prototypes.
 
	- Act as the Product Owner in the agile processes, own the product definition and refinement process, describe the problem, draft user stories and acceptance criteria.
 
	- Be a subject matter expert on the product and the business domain.
 
	- Setup and perform analytics for mobile, desktop and web based products to understand product usage, customer behavior/ customer journeys/customer experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.
 
	- Collect and organise feedback from internal and external stakeholders using surveys, interviews, groups, usability testing.
 
	- Required Skills & experience:
 
	- 4-6 yrs experience in software/ digital product management on SAAS products. Strongly prefer experience in products in digital marketing/ martech, adtech and/or hrtech/ employee productivity/related domains.
 
	- Atleast 2 yrs experience in agile project delivery using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, others.
 
	- Experience using product analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, Clevertap, Google/ Adobe analytics, hotjar, etc
 
	- Experience in building Web and mobile app based products in startups and/or enterprises.
 
	- Basic technical understanding of databases, APIs/ API integrations, frontend web and mobile apps, cloud.
 
	- Self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, strong ownership, high commitment and a strong business judgment.
 
	- Should have excellent written and verbal communication and creative skills.
