JOB DETAIL

We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join our eCommerce product team. You will help build an outstanding digital marketing platform to acquire and retain existing customers using an omni-channel strategy for emails, SMS, push notifications, in-app and web by an integration of 3rd party technologies and home-grown platforms. You can expect to lead major features and projects on the platform while working with an open and collaborative team.

As a product leader, you will apply your product management craft, customer obsession, and deep technical experience with e-commerce and data platforms to this exciting transformative opportunity. Turn your experience, insights and ideas into reality by working with engineering, data science, analysts, design, and product / marketing leaders to provide platform capabilities that directly affect our customer experience.

This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the role:

  • You will help build an excellent digital marketing platform – map customer journeys for user acquisition and retention to our MarTech capabilities to create personalized user experiences across channels
  • You will own the product vision and roadmap for MarTech platform services to drive omni channel communication strategy.
  • You will be responsible for enhancing existing channel integrations and enabling new marketing channels through MarTech stack. This would include system integrations with CDP, Journey orchestration (JO) to emails, SMS, push, in-app, on-site messaging and web channel.
  • You will work closely with CDP PM to build audience strategy roadmap for omni –channel campaigns.
  • Partner with Marketing stakeholders to deeply understand their businesses and co-develop potential solutions to supercharge growth and successfully achieve business targets.
  • You will promote these platforms across the organization to improve adoption and use insights to further evolve and improve the product. Improve the modernization of our e-commerce / subscription platform to support our growing SaaS business model
  • You will demonstrate expertise with customer data platforms, profile enrichment and data governance, segmentation and audience activation and journey orchestration.
  • You will be a domain expert, trusted partner, and internal source of truth for leadership on MarTech applications and lifecycle.
  • Identify and prioritize the tech investment and support resources necessary for innovation and continuous improvement to achieve the successful outcome of the product. Drive Buy vs Build decisions
  • Develop and monitor OKRs for key product initiatives and ensure alignment with stakeholder objectives.
  • Create user stories, use cases, requirement documents and proposals with clear MVP definition and success metrics. Measure progress of business success metrics towards KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience building AdTech/martech products with focus on one or more of the following: display, audience management, paid search, paid social, marketing automation, pricing model, budget optimization, lift testing, measurement, and attribution.
  • Outcome-driven mentality -- you think in terms of customer problems and technology solutions and have demonstrated success in creating business-focused products, not just maintaining the work of others.
  • Ability to achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on data and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the senior leadership level.
  • Exposure to data science, machine learning models, and optimization is a plus.
