4 yrs of experience in entire end- to- end recruitment cycle.
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment process.
Should have excellent potentiality in sourcing & screening profiles from job portals and other social networks.
Should have experience working on contract as well as permanent positions.
Recruiting for all levels of candidates from developers to project managers.
Follow- up activities with clients and consultants.
Developed creative resources and networking activities to attract qualified candidates interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment.
Qualifying candidates for appropriate positions through a process of sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Good negotiation skills, performing reference checks, negotiate on CTC, interview coordination.
