Job Responsibilities

1. Identifying and networking with the potential customers and get the leads as per organizations business requirements

2. Coordinate and lead all regular meetings with the customers

3. Develop and manage a platform to retain customers

4. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers

5. Respond to customer complaints and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction

6. Be aware of the market/business trends and propose plan to the management to grow in the market

7. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

8. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

9. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

10. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

11. Assist Digital Marketing Manager in performing the following

a. Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing

b. Building brand awareness and positioning
