JOB DETAIL

We are hiring for a leading Multinational Technology Company that specializes in enterprise infra solutions, server infrastructure, cloud based products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the ServiceNow HRSD and Platform technical teams to deliver technical solutions to satisfy the business needs of the EX and IT departments
  • Work closely with the ServiceNow Sr. Analyst (Insights Partner) and People Analyst for gathering and delivering reporting/dashboard requirements to the business
  • Development and scripting of workflows, business rules, script includes, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, Catalog items and etc.
  • Provide integration support to the HRSD Solution Architect and platform team
  • General platform administration: users, group, notifications, etc..
  • Build SNOW reports to be ingested into the data warehouse (SAP HANA) to enable reporting with SNOW and Workday data
  • Support break/fix and enhancement cases (in partnership with the ServiceNow HRSD Tech Partner and Solution Architect)
  • Create and manage Jira board, requirements/case backlog of incoming reporting, defects, enhancements or project requests
  • Interface with clients to understand their pain points and business requirements when requests are submitted
  • Joining Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, and Production migration meetings
  • Document technical and reporting solutions

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in implementation, administration, configuration and/or development in ServiceNow, including advanced reporting
  • Good knowledge on ServiceNow HRSD architecture. (Preferred)
  • Administration of a ServiceNow instance, including the delegation of users/groups, notifications , etc..
  • Experience with working or developing in any one of the following programming languages: JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, XML
  • Experience with Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST).
  • Hands on experience on email integration (Inbound email action)
  • Hands on experience with update sets and multi-tenant migrations
  • ServiceNow reporting architecture
