Experience working and should have good amount of knowledge ServiceNow.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow Service Catalog and CMS (Content Management System)
• Implement service changes, workflow automations, integrations and enhancements.
• Enable visibility into service metrics & transparency through reporting dashboards.
• Configure out of the box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows. Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies.
• Integrating ServiceNow with other company applications.
• Practical experience in the creation or modification of the relevant ITSM toolset components (Incident/ Problem/ Change/ Configuration) and rapidly prototyping new solutions. Design and develop solutions that leverage ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Discovery, CMDB, Knowledge, and ITOM using configuration and custom JavaScript.
• ITBM (Financial Management, PPM (Project Portfolio Management), Resource Management)
• Assisting in the design and build of ServiceNow Applications and integration to other applications and platforms, including architecture, languages, best practices and methodologies.
• Developing user friendly catalog items with experience writing orchestration workflows such as Content Management, Web Services, Vendor Management
• Experience of implementing inbound and outbound API integrations and workflows within ServiceNow
• Perform workflow design, configuration, development, and data loads for ServiceNow platform, (ServiceNow) applications.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript
• Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
• Knowledge of XML and structural programming concepts
• Advanced problem-solving ability
• Enable visibility into service metrics & transparency through reporting dashboards. Required,
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• At least 3 years' experience creating data pathways, customizing fields and customizations including Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes, Client Scripts, workflows, custom tables, reports in ServiceNow.
• At least 2 years' experience working ServiceNow Cloud Platform solutions integrating with other Cloud Applications and Data Sources
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
• Enterprise/large Service Management implementation experience
• Experience building/maintaining dashboards on Tableau, PowerBi.
• Familiarity of CRMs such as Salesforce/Dynamics 365
• Must have ability to work in fast paced environment, balance priorities and juggle multiple tasks at once.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must possess a strong desire and clear understanding for high customer satisfaction.
