Roles and Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in ITSM/HRSD implementation , Asset Management and Data Integration etc.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience is a must.
- REST/SOAP APIs integration experience is nice to have.
- Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
- Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
- Obtain and analyse/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.

Education and Experience:
- BS degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in ServiceNow development, configuration and administration.
