This position is responsible for growing, building and managing the offshore development team.
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years software development experience
1-3 years experience managing development teams
Experience managing local and remote team members
Experience working with offshore development teams
Advanced experience with programming languages
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an ability to break down complex problems.
Proven track record of building and managing high performing software development teams
Expertise in development tools and software development lifecycle systems
Attention to detail and ownership in delivering quality work through code reviews, testing, integration and collaboration
Ability to plan, prioritize and consistently deliver solutions and enhancements that aligns with product management roadmaps, meet deadlines and commitments.
