Technical Project Manager with 11-14 years of hands-on experience in large scale projects environment on Robotics Process Automation (RPA) preferably using Blueprism automation tool. Participate in project teams through all phases of the technology enablement life cycle. Lend specific subject matter knowledge to the design and integration phase of each project, helping with appropriate architecture, data model, and system design and interfacing requirements.

Advise business on a variety of business process services that help identify, assess, manage and measure the organization's capabilities. Team with client technology professionals, and/or third-party strategic alliances to provide implementation of technology solutions. Participate in engagement management, engagement execution and reporting, and client relationship building and management.

Job Responsibilities

Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies, and procedures.
Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality. Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis.
Drive innovation agenda of the organization to effectively deliver new and cutting-edge solutions.
Improves skills in automation products by completing automation certification
Lead and review your team’s work across all phases (plan, analyze, design, build and test)
Direct efforts to define technical, operational and user requirements
Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions and lead efforts to develop and implement client-approved solution
Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality
Own partnership with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial business interaction and solution delivery
Ensure that offshore resources are leveraged appropriately

Experience

• Demonstrated experience through all phases of the technology life cycle, including project planning, requirements definition, architecture design, build/configuration, testing and operational transition.
• Strong track record implementing RPA Tools (e.g. Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
• Involved in IT strategy and transformation engagements (IT long range plan, roadmap, operating model, governance, enterprise architecture, etc.)
• Good understanding of intelligent automation capabilities like iOCR, process mining, Human in the Loop.
• Architect complex Automation Solutions using Blueprism, REST/SOAP, Windows, Browser, Mainframe, Excel, PDF, and other external applications
• Good understanding of Blueprism Best Practices and Design Recommendations
