About the Role of Sr.Marketing Manager
Type: Team Leader, will have 3 direct reports
Reporting to: Director, Digital Marketing
What would you do in this role?
You will be working/managing campaigns across FB, Google, DV360, Paid media buys &
other programmatic / DSP platform
You will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to acquire new playing
users at the most optimized cost
You will be working on developing logic/rules to optimize campaigns with the best
optimizer tool available in the industry
Some key metrics that you would be owning: New user Acquisition, Cost per new user,
User Quality, Funnel Conversion Rates like Reg/Installs, Deposits/Installs, etc.
Work with the product marketing team to enable activation journeys for the respective
channels/ acquisition cohorts to drive CAC efficiency
Liaise with product/ tech to enable features/flows/events that improve the acquisition
funnel
What you will bring
At least 5-7 years of previous experience in performance marketing in B2C internet
companies
Demonstrated ability in handling and optimizing campaigns across different paid,
partnerships / programmatic channels.
Go-getter attitude - Mustn’t shy away from experiments and analyzing the outcome
properly for future scalability
Revenue centricity. You will be working for one of the largest gaming companies in India
