JOB DETAIL

  • Create and manage regular marketing, presales and sales performance reports using a variety of tools, primarily Salesforce and Google Spreadsheets
  • Manage high visibility executive daily, weekly, and monthly demand generation reports, including timely delivery of periodic trend change analyses via emails to stakeholders
  • Liaise with marketing leaders to analyze their dashboarding and data visualization needs, provide feasibility inputs, and either -
  • Build visualization solutions natively inside Salesforce, or,
  • Coordinate with IT to build alternate solutions
  • Segment customer and prospect data in Salesforce in preparation for targeted marketing campaigns and programs
  • Coordinate with data analysts to identify patterns at scale, that indicate smaller but significant problems that need to be addressed or records that need deeper investigation
  • Coordinate across functions to ensure information critical to effective data reporting and analyses - including record-level metadata and/or field-level data content - are accurately captured and stored
  • Document, and on an ongoing manner manage, high level sales and marketing data-dictionary

Qualifications

  • Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage
  • Around 5 years of experience in data reporting, dashboarding and visualization and/or marketing and sales operations roles in SaaS IT B2B organizations
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce s reporting and dashboarding capabilities, and principles of its native and custom objects, fields, field mappings, roles, profiles etc.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel/Google Spreadsheets is required, and knowledge of additional marketing data and analytics platforms, and/or familiarity with concepts of data science would be an advantage
  • Depth of knowledge in marketing and sales data management best practices and trends
  • Broad understanding of modern inbound/outbound marketing strategy and concepts
  • High level of organization, strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, attention to detail, and hands-on approach
  • Ability to consistently deliver high quality work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
