We are hiring for HR Sr Executive -Payroll for our leading client into zero emission transport provider industry

Location is Bangalore

Exp: 4-5 Years

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Payroll Input file - Update the Payroll file based on the Attendance register and salary details and share it with AllSec team on a monthly basis.
  • Auditing Payroll Input file and Pay Register and reporting discrepancies to Allsec Payroll
    Team Preparing Payroll Summary data and Payroll Comparison with the previous month and providing the same to Tarun Sir (CFO)
  • Preparing Bank templates, authorization letter based on the pay registers. Getting the same signed by the Authorized signatory and submit the physical copies to the bank for employee salary payment on or before the 1st of every month.
  • Preparing the QB Entry & MIS data and sending it to Finance Team
  • Creating Employee Full and Final settlement register based on the monthly payroll registers. Ensuring that Full and Final settlement is approved by the HR Manager, City Heads ,Finance Team and processed on or before the 10th of every month. Ensure that relieving and experience letter is provided to all employees who have resigned voluntarily Updating New Joinee details for ESI, PF/ UAN creation. Sharing it with Compliance Team at Allsec before the the 7th of every month, to enable them to remit the PF, PT and ESI as per the Statutory deadlines for each state.
  • Employee Payroll and documents are audited by an external audit team (BDO). Providing the required input details for the audit and answering all queries raised by the auditors.
  • Sending the audit requirement of clients to Allsec for preparation of Registers.Checking the same post receiving it.
  • Preparation and arrangement during festival or celebrations in office(Pan India)
