Integrella is looking for a Software Support Engineer, the candidate must be able to work in a varied, fast paced environment. The candidate must have a proven track record with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting & upgrading corporate office & collaboration applications and operating systems. He/ She should be able to manage solutions using Cloud technologies. She/he should contribute to tools that assist in configuration management, deployment and operation of high availability, high-performance applications. Candidate must maintain healthy business relations with major clients. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction quality norms. Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding the products utilities. Fluent in English and excellent communication skills required. Ready to work in rotational shift environment and UK shifts as well.
Mandatory requirements:
- Very comfortable with Microsoft & Linux operating systems
- Good working knowledge of computer networking
- Must have strong scripting capability such as PowerShell, Bash, Python, Perl etc
- Good to have sound understanding of programming language Java / Dot Net, C#
- Experience working with handling any Cloud based Application
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and practices such as Git workflows, CI/CD using GitLab, Jenkins or equivalent
- Experience with docker images and kubernetes deployments a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication face-to-face and documentation
- Desire to learn and ability to absorb information quickly
- Constantly improve performance and reliability of hosting environment
- Knowledge on distributed applications/enterprise applications is plus.
- Deep, working knowledge of web, database, and OS server configuration
