Job Description:

 • Should have hands-on experience on Office365, outlook configuration, and other basic software installation and configuration, etc.

  • Responding to user support requests/tickets.

  •  • Hands-on experience with any one of the following OS environments: Windows/Linux/macOS • Perform user account management activities

  •  

• Handle Antivirus, Backups, printers & scanner related issues.

 • Escalate complex problem to appropriate support specialists

• Troubleshoot software/Hardware and basic network errors, connectivity problems (Internet, Intra-Net & VPN)

• Maintain technical documentation in association with other functional departments

• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

• Ability to assemble, install, and troubleshoot issues related to computer hardware and peripherals.

Completing job reports and ordering supplie

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal Education Required: Providing basic training in computer operation and management

Must be open to work in shifts (Day/Night)

  • Candidates with B.Tech or M Tech degree are preferred
