Roles and Responsibilities :

Sourcing the resumes from the job portals like monster.com,naukri.com and linkedin.

Connect with them and explain the job description about the profile.

Screening them as per the parameters given by the client and making sure the right resume has been found and share it with the client owners.

Coordinate with the candidates for the interview schedule and follow up with them till they are done with all the rounds of interview.

Follow up with the selected candidates and identify their concerns regarding offer discussion, notice period and salary negotiation.
